Yes. The human eye is generally capable of resolving about 300-350 PPI under good conditions, so that would be a good comparison.n theory, if monitors could display 300 pixels per inch - or more, we would have a fair comparison?
I can't remember the last time I used my 70-200 at a wedding, conversely. And I shoot with a 24-70 and 50/1.4 almost exclusively now.
