Big Moon Tonight with Passing Aircraft

All of those images look great i like the crop and clone, can you leave any tips so i might be able get similar results

They were straight crops out of the camera, not cloning. Just focus on moon and wait. Nothing fancy at all.

2nd one for me, but I would probably clone out the landing light (or whatever it is) as I think it's quite distracting

and the worst thing is my laptop HD just died and I bloody formatted the CF card before a backup occured so thats the originals gone!! not a happy chappy!

you should still be able to copy your existing HD onto an external HD... do you know any IT specialists near you? i did it with my laptop when it died.. retrieved everything.

Yeah in the right hands you should be able to recover all data including your pics, saw you name manc and thought you were in manchester in which case I would have been able to help you out, unfortunately Putney is a bit far

Love the shots, 300mm lens and 2x converter explain the 'closeness' a little! A possible ad for this new virgin space flight for civillians?

Found my images on my laptop and managed to be readable via a caddie, sectors had gone which must contain the OS!! Thank god!

aye I'm now in Putney although a Manc born and bred!

The x2 on the 300mm just works amazingly!
