Bing likes me, google not so much

One for you seo experts. Typing in "commercial photographers manchester" I'm first page on Bing, but only page 3 of google and seem to be slowly dropping down google rankings all the time (been monitoring for months).

Can anyone explain why? (And please don't say because your main site is flash. I want to know why the discrepancy between the 2 search engines if possible...)

Different ranking algorithms, put simply they rank different factors of your website,

For example, Bing may pick up on your non flash page and rank it highly, but Google realises that apart from a landing page, the rest of the site is flash and marks you down.

Not saying it is that, just an example
