Very nice capture. Not sure what it is but no doubt Ven will be along soon to tell us :D

Can't help thinking it would have been better if it was flying towards the space, but these things are hard to capture at all, let alone compose the shot before you take it ;)

I really feel that the bird needs to be on the right side of the frame and flying into it. The exposure and slight degree of noise dont bother me as it has a little mood. Maybe try a little bit of PP to clone the bird to the right? Could be tricky though,...

Right, had a quick go, will be much more difficult on full res version though. I also tidied up the background removing the elongated stones (due to panning) and gave it a general tidy. Hope you dont mind.

Nice edit, although it's kind of better to get it right in the first place IMHO :shrug:

Changing a shot that much seems a bit like faking it to me ;)
 
Very nice flight capture. As ven said photographing wildlife is always a challenge.
