Birdlist software on a PDA

Anyone have any views on a decent setup for recording birdlists on a PDA? Something that shows picture/sound of a species would be ideal.
 
know the rspb has bird call etc on its website

also a few of the sundays had some bird call CDs as part of a giveaway before xmas but not sure if they came with ID pics
 
Cheers Chris, been looking at the Collins guide on PDA and if it's anything like the book then it's woth the £60 asking price. Just need a PDA then?

I was thinking of selling 2month old Ipaq 214, comes with a GPS receiver and TomTom 6 if you are interested.

I know someone who has this and is well pleased with it. You should be able to pick up a PDA fairly cheaply these days. Just make sure the spec matches the software requirements, or better.

Cheers, e-bay shows loads and all around the £60 mark with the right specs. Might give it a go.

You could get a 2nd hand PDA / Mobile Phone for that amount, it would be one less thing to carry :)
 
Well, got the Dell X51 (£50) and the Collins eguide for PDA. Amazing programme for bird indentification, info and calls. Recommend it to anyone interested in photographing birds.
