I'm snowed in. Here's a few visitors. All that snow plays havoc with my normal settings. So I tried a few others. In some I allmost got it, others not. I left the noise in a few of em. Another learning curve or two...or three....or...

Nice set, as you say some have a bit of noise, but overal like them.

Some good shots in there Ant, #1 and 2 in particular but the Chaffie does it for me (y)

I like these a lot.

Excellent set of shots and I agree the Chaffinch is a cracker, definite wallhanger. I like the snow flakes in #1 and #6 great captures.

Excellent series, I paticularly like 2 & 4 - nice crisp showy shots!

Brilliant Set.
Love No3 (Wagtail?)

Good set of pics and I don't mind the noise them one bit, witht eh winter light in Britain we gotta do what we can to get the shot so well done you. Second one is my favourite out of them though lovely and sharp with nice tones and feather detail. (y) Female reed bunting is it aye?

Tommy.

Thanks Natasha and Tommy (y)

It's very hard to distinguish the male from female with corn buntings, Tommy. The male is 10% bigger, but apart from that I could'nt find any other information.

This snippet did pop up though.

"The Corn Bunting is so sedentary that individuals only 30km part sing in a different dialect"

:)
