I must have another look at DPP - I tried it a couple of years ago when I bought my 450D, installed it, and was amazed that it didn't even have a facility to rotate the image (though I understand that was finally added in a update earlier this year!). It would be nice to be able to automatically apply the dust delete data from my 450D to shots, as the sensor's minging :(
