Black Rapid FastenR

It's an oval opening about 10mm x 7mm. Thickness/depth varies but is ~5mm at narrowest going to ~ 7mm at thickest.

Yes - perhaps a bit less due to the curvature of the carabiner. Looking down on top of the fastener, it is at it's widest in the centre of the top...
