Hi All,

Can someone explain this, do I need to find a head that will accept a RC2 plate or will all manfrotto heads accept this plate?

The Fastn-R is just the screw. The plate is the one that comes with Manfrotto heads. I have no idea if it will fit anything other than a QR-2 (I think that's the one it is compatible with).

It fits any manfrotto RC2 quick release plate. All you do is remove the screw and replace with the FR-T1. I've not tried it with any other manfrotto plates.
