Blanket settings in Raw

Hi everyone,

In Raw, using canon 1000d and photoshop.

I notice that when editing a raw file that a separate editing settings file appears in the folder. I guess it holds the settings & adjustments because the raw cannot be amended.

Does anyone know how I can apply the settings made to my first raw image, to all images in a photo set?

My raw settings are reset each time I open a new raw file.

Note; I'm referring to the raw Photoshop interface that always shows before you 'open image' in editing.

Select all the images you want to have the same settings. Open them all in Camera Raw and make changes to one image. (Thumbnails for all images should appear on right side of window) Then choose select all and Synchronise All.
