Blending Images When Creating a Panorama in Photoshop CS2

Evening all,

I hope someone can help me!!

I have four or five images that I wish to stitch together in order to produce a Panoramic image.

I have got all of the images in place, however I am struggling (probably an understatement!!) to blend the images so that they look like one complete image and not images stitched together. The lines on the blue sky are clearly visible for all to see.

Here is my best attempt. The top of the sky towards the left side shows a lighter colour than the rest of the image and the line can be seen where the light was shinning.
