very smooth
the pole on the right and perhaps the rail...not essentials to a dreamy shot so decentralising the bridge and putting the sky as a preference

Really like this, the sky and bridge really have an impact. I think the dark areas help to give a sense of drama. (y)
 
I really like this but on my "uncalibrated" monitor the left hand side of the railings bottom left looks a muddy red colour and my eyes keep getting drawn towards it.

Nice, like the way the light has given modelling to the rail but agree with the post
