Great shot and great lighting. I like the angle.. I find that music photography sometimes has to be shot on an angle to make it that bit more interesting.. bit like car photography in a way.. the idea has been done and shot a million times so to try and find a different perspective, you turn the camera.
Only improvement, would be to have more light on the guitar.. but thats not really your fault

Id try it B&W personally, but then i always favour B&W, its just what i think looks best.
Nice capture, striking pose, maybe a touch dark but i know what its like capturing band shots!
