I like it, but I can't decide if it would look better if some of the bottom was cropped off to make it 4x3 rather than 3x2 format.
 
I like it, especially use of DOF, but I'm not overly fussed about the sepia treatment and I can't help but feel that the tonal range is a bit compressed. However, you may or may not be able to do anything about that. I suppose I just I prefer a bit more "pop" in my pictures.

I prefered the first edit if anything Iwould have gone even darker! It would make a great cover photo for a thriller the moody style and lone person certainly gives it impact.
 
Grey Lake , my personal haunt - I think it would be better without the person - But thats just me :D
