Book Recommendation: Macro

Evening guys,

Can anyone recommend a good book on macro photography? Have just got hold of a set of extension tubes an taken a fair few photos so have an understanding of my options & the genre but am looking for something to help me improve & a few tips & tricks for better lighting & focus.

"small things big" by Paul harcourt davies is very good imo - unlike a lot of other books he doesnt take the "buy a dedicated macro lens or die" approach - and devotes a fair bit of space to ext tubes, reversing lenses etc
