Week 23 - Faded

A very boring shot for this week, for which I can only apologise - sorry!

My skiing backpack, a present from my wife (and therefore irreplicable - well, that's my excuse), which seems to have become rather faded. It's only 22 years old - why don't they make anything to last nowadays!

Well its faded after 22 years, shocking :)
I was on the look out for a red car with faded paint but nowt around when you want one

Week 24 - Silence

My grubby old radio!

For those of a technical bent, I used a tilt-shift lens to try and align the plane of focus with the front panel of the radio. It mostly worked.
 
Nice one, I know what you mean about grubby, couldn’t believe what I was seeing when looking at a TV remote with a macro lens:oops: :$

Thanks Keith! If we ever find ourselves with a spare year or two on our hands, we can start deep cleaning our houses armed with a macro lens.

The worst culprit for my radio is using it whilst decorating; the emulsion roller is a weapon of mass destruction.

Week 26 - Snapper's Choice

I say! Anyone for tennis?

Like many, I always find Snapper's Choice tricky. Mind you, I'm not doing too well with Opposites either! I have been very impressed with other people's creativity on that theme.
 
Week 27 - Opposites

I started with two intact bananas in a Yin Yang thing, but it just heightened the lack of symmetry between the two and it didn't work.

Stumped, I sat back and ate a banana...

The rest is history....................................................................................... (or an underwhelming effort!)
