I spent most of Saturday night trying to atleast start to get to grips with CS5 so tonight I thought i'd see what I can do. (not a lot would be the answer)
First up a Sunflower, all I did to this was adjust the contrast slightly.
1)
Next an Orchid under a really harsh halogen spotlight, I twiddled with this repeatedly trying to get some detail out of the glare of white.
2)
Lastly a Rose, again very white, so bodged up a flash diffuser, found a suit jacket in lost property for background and only then did I realise the rose wasn't even real and was made from a reflective satin type material so I tried just about button on photoshop
3)
Fire at will I can take it
