Macro is a great idea for the naff weather days, thanks for the inspiring photo :)
 
I like the photo. It is lit very nicely, well composed and a great idea.

My only criticism is that I think a new toothbrush should have been used. There appears to be a lot of muck at the base of the bristles, unless that is just the water beading up.
 
Hey that's fab. Really like it. Can't believe I am sat here Friday night with a glass of larger feeling the love for a toothbrush. :)

It IS a NEW toothbrush the drops of water have formed around the base of the bristles :D

Lit by a small off camera flash @ 1.2 power - some 4ft from the left of shot

Life in the diplomatic corps is just fine-BRASH and I have a long standing relationship and all commets made by either party on this forum are meant in fun / tongue in cheek hence these - :LOL:

I may try another shot like this using toothpaste, just for you Carl
