Great shot.. I like the inclusion of the dog and couple. Makes it feel more alive rather than a static architecture shot.
Sky is a little blown out to the left horizon, but slight tweak in PS would make this an ideal postcard shot!

B&W for me. I think it makes horrid disgusting concrete look better. I agree with lightkey with the couple and the dog (s?), it makes the shot look more alive.

i have tried to fix the left corner but its gone a bit wrong

Neither for me. The main subject is too small and too dark, especially in b&w.
