Boy, 11, found behind wheel of BMW towing 'stolen' caravan on M1

Hmmmm when the local docks at Gronant starting taking HGV from Ireland a few years ago after a few incidents the local bobbies pulled a few for inspection , one Irish 32 tonner was found to have a 15 year old driver ..go figure
