I'm after another battery for my 5D.

Can anyone recommend where to get one from?

Had a look on eBay, they seem to be about £7 delivered.

I've already got a Sterlingtek one (very good), but can't seem to get them on eBay any more.

Ideally I'd like a 2000Mah one, but will settle for a 1400 one if I have to.

Any recommended sellers on eBay for these?

Thanks in advance
Dave

I've just recieved 2 from 7dayshop and they seem sound so far, about £6 each I think

You can buy Sterlingtek directly from them in the US. I bought a couple recently for all of £20 (in total and including shipping).

I have just had a 2nd genuine canon battery fail, I have never had a look alike fail in 4 years of using BP511's ...they have all been rotated and had much the same use now got I canon and 6 lookalikes.

I think the appropriate word here is 'paranoid'!

Take a chill my friend. My concern is less to do with sarcasm, and all to do with supporting(where possible) the forum's assets, i.e. Ian.

That said, you might want to resign yourself to the fact that some on here will be sarcastic (and worse), and there's absolutely squat that you can do. Viva la internet!

Nope, a more appropriate word would be 'confused'!

I totally agree, but as I said I didn't even know he sold batteries :p

My intentions weren't do anything other than wonder to myself what it is that might have upset you today ;)

I've been using 7dayshop batteries since I bought my 300D and they are now doing excellent service in my 30D & 50D.

Good quality, long lasting, cheap with free P&P
