2037 yesterday at Standish Junc. Near Stroud two Class 47's.

Front one 47593 Galaway Princess. Second unit 47614. Portsmouth Habour Express. On return leg Portsmouth to Wolverhampton.
Very poor light as rain came in.

Very minor correction - it’s actually ‘Galloway Princess’ named after the Scottish region of Dumfries and Galloway.
 
The large BR logo and little Scottie dog on the side of 47593 is a nice touch. Also plenty of clag :)
