Bradford and Leeds

Hi, I took the say off work and went to the National Media Museum in Bradford to see this exhibition linky well worth a trip.

Then I went to the Royal Armouries.

I REALLY like 3. Not keen on b&w conversions tbh but love the other 2...especially 3!!

Like the canal shot. Overdone HDR works well on industrial stuff like this.

Agreed, the third is fabulous. Very nicely done HDR. Also agree that colour is the way to go with these...had they been more dirty industrial, then mono may have worked, but to be fair, the areas are less industrial looking now, a lot brighter and more pleasant.

I'm liking the mono conversion in number four... You can't beat a bit of black sky with interesting cloudscape.

Nice set there matey....loving the HDR...works really well on the 2nd 2...

The 2nd B&W is a corker...really effective


(not sure if it's my eye's though...maybe just a smidge on the squiff??)

Def want to pay a visit to the armouries now
