Branscombe Beach

Not sure about the composition, I think the foreground rock is too dominant. It would be worth trying to follow the rule of thirds for this kind of shot.

I agree with the sentiment above, and also, I would like more contrast punch, or some additional toning. Good effort none the less, and I reckon a selective crop and some contrast might save it.

To echo the above comments, it could do with a little more contrast. don't overcook it thogh, as for my tastes youve nearly nailed it already.

I do quite like the composition though. It's certainly not conventional and I'm not sure how it would stand up if compared side by side with an identical, rule-of-thirds shot, but I do like it.

Especially like the small DoF used. It's not something you often see on an image such as this, but i think it is quite sucessful in this instance.
