It says dslr also, but I wouldn't chance that! It might act as a good portable platform for compact cams, phones, and tablets though. It could be handy for when watching movies on your tab, if you have a bed side locker or whatever.

That looks interesting but have a read of the product reviews on amazon. Give an indication of the longevity (or possible lack of).

Someone says it's "expensive for what it is"?? at £22? Something that will hold up your tablet while you watch films or surf? That's a bit like saying a camera strap is expensive because it only holds your camera! I'd say it was reasonable value. Might grab one myself for the ipad mini that's on it's way to me.

Maybe they mean it's expensive for something that has lost a leg or two and renderred itself useless after a few weeks.

Personally I think they look interesting, and are a reasonable price. I'm only really put off by the reports of them falling apart.

For the price and assuming they won't be treated like stretch armstrong they could be worth a look. Think I'll get one next week to use for my phone at work.
