Tried some new stuff today. Had a go at making some images look 'old skool' with colour filters and effects.

cor! those are amazingly sharp, what were you using?!

I like the first two effect. not sure on the faint sepia look but the second of the two is a great portrait.

Ally, I used various colour filters in CS2 to add some effects. I was trying to recreate the old NFL film looks you get in various publications.

Shiato, the effect is known as 'Lith'. I was using a Mark II N and a 300mm 2.8 prime.

Its a pitty most of them don't know how to carry the ball properly, do they think they're playing rugby.

Rob,

It is a heated pouch that the QB keeps his hands in on the sidelines when not on the field. Not really needed at this level but the NFL teams who play in extreme winter conditions such as Green Bay, Denver Buffalo - etc use them. (y)

Its a pose thing at this level ;)
