Very impressive pictures there, well done  .
2 questions though; :)
What lens did you use?
and did you have a photopass to get that close? - I've only been to Oulton once to watch BSB some years ago.
Thanks,
Rich

Thanks,
Lens used was a Canon 100-400L IS - as I said in my first post (2nd line :) )
I didn't have a Media Pass - all photos were taken from behind the spectator fence.

Absolutely gobsmacked!

Shots like these are something to aspire to.
The close-ups are very impressive...and uncropped!

I must pay more attention in future :bonk:
number 4 is my favourite.
ps...come on Gregorio ! :D

Brilliant shots! I wish my chosen motorsport to photograph would let me use 1/400 and ISO200 though - speedway meetings are mostly evenings so I'm battling to squeeze 1/125 -ISO400 - 800! :(

No. 5 would have to be my favourite I think....

Great shots - great colour. No 4 for me. :)

Very good shots, cant believe how close your shots have got into the action. Tracking and the focus appears to be bang on in every shot:)

Thanks for sharing(y)
