I have just had my Canon 17-55 2.8 is dropped and the zoom ring will not adjust the zoom length. I have contacted my insurance company and they are sending it to "fixation" for a report / repair.
I have never had a damaged lens before and would like peoples thoughts on fixation repairing it? are they authorised canon repairers, and are they good?
