Broken tripod mount

I've somehow lost a bit on my tripod mount as below. It must be in the house somewhere, can anyone quickly post a pic of the area so i can see what i'm hunting for.

If they can't do it / do it cheap, you can get imitation ones on ebay for £20 iirc, probably not the best if you live on a tripod but fine for occasional use... I don't actually have a tripod collar for my 80-200 2.8 o_0
