I dont know about this...I commend your great effort, and i'm no expert but it looks a little under exposed to be. Great idea though but whats your focal point? just seems like there is too much going on for me.

It's a good subject but as has been said, very busy ... does it also seem to be leaning to the left

I agree with the above comments. It needs straightening and could do with the brick on the bridge lightening. You could make it B&W and try it.
