Hi
I'm off to brothers wedding tomorrow. I'm going to my dslr for 1st time. Will be taking my sigma 18-200 and tamron 90.

Do you think this will be ok
 
If you are there in place of an actual wedding photographer probably not

If you are just there as a guest taking pics then... well it wont be ideal but at least its just pics for you
 
I wouldn't even try to take wedding photos as though I were the official photographer. As I understand it, backups are required, low light lenses as well as flashes. I just hope you're not the only photographer for the big day (no offence intended!)
 
All I am doing is taking pictures at my brothers wedding. I only asked for advice as thats what I thought this was all about.
 
Okay, but surely you understand that to give the most sensible advice it's best if we know if you're the only photographer shooting the wedding (i.e. does every picture count).

I think you need to clarify whether you're just a guest taking pics or whether you're THE photographer. If it's the former it's no big deal - your lenses don't sound ideal but just relax and have fun I'm sure you'll get some decent pics.

If you're THE photographer then you really need fast large aperture lenses for indoor shots as a lot of venues wont allow flash so you'll have to take advantage of what available light there is. Also things can go wrong with equipment so it's pretty much mandatory to have 2 of very vital bits of kit - bodies and flashguns as a minimum.

You should be fine with those. What is your 17-55 though? If it's a 2.8 I'd take that in preference to the 18-200.
