I know BT often get knocked for poor service and expensive options. However when they get it right I think they deserve some credit

yesterday by BT internet went down. First time in years. Hub still broadcasting wi-fi but no internet. Did all the usual things ( switched off and on again) Even reconected an older hub, same resuly. Contacted BT Internet via Live Chat on iPhone. Got connected in less than a minute with an operator. She did all the checks and confirmed there was a fault and they would get onto it. OK fine. Next thing I get an email telling me that they were sending me a minihub with unlimited data to keep me going whilst the repair was in progress. The hub arrive today 24 hours later, via DPD. Very nice, but my internet was up and running within 2 hours of the initial contact.

Do I need to return the hub ?. No keep in case you need it again.

Not bad service.
