BT webspace problems?

Hi folks

Is anyone else having a problem connecting to ftp.btinternet.com?
Last night it was telling me I couldn't connect as at reckoned I didn't have a homepage.
Tonight I got through with Filezilla and managed to list the contents. However, when as I tried to create a new folder it timed out, and has been refusing to connect since.

The website seems to be available to view meantime at least.

Anyone have any suggestions, or at least to say 'and me'?

BT have had massive problems with the internet for about 10 days on and off. They had a big outage at one of their main hubs a couple of weeks ago and it disrupted 2/3 of their customers on and off.

If you are having BT issues rather than try the indian unhelpline go on to the BT Forums and email the moderators - forum.moderation.team@bt.com They are mainly BT engineers and seem to genuinley understand the issues and are able to resolve most things very quickly.
