Nice sharp colourful set there John. Looked a good day's racing. Numbers 3 and 6 for me.

You caught some terrific action, loving #1 with three wheels off the deck, now that's good timing. Really hard to pick an overall favourite as they are all good with great colour and sharp as you need - Bravo!!!

.DAVID.

Really captured the action well John, my favorite is #2, would make a great programme cover shot. Always fancied Knockhill but a bit too far from me.

Lovely work, John, had to leave for sunnier climes early Saturday.

1 and 2 are belters although 4 and 5 are not traveling well to Daytona

Many Thanks - it was a great day out and good weather made a big difference!

Thanks David - could have made good use of that 200-400 you are selling for some of the chicane shots, as I had to fit my 1.4x convertor mid race as I moved further back.

Thanks Neil - it is well worth the long drive to get there. It's my closest circuit, but still a 2 hour drive for me. I had been at Croft on the Saturday so covered about 700 miles over the weekend :)

Thanks Mike - #1 was a bit of a fluke as Gordon came through in the lead as I was walking around the outside of the chicane and got that one shot. Stayed there for another lap and had nothing but photos that got deleted in camera before the end of the race!

Yes, number two for me as well. Although I like them all sharp and vibrant.

Many Thanks, #2 seems to be the most popular so far.

Here's a few more images including soem from the support races.

8. The Clios lift their wheels without even hitting the kerbs!

9. Ginettas are built strong - completed two laps like this!

10. Ginetta Junior driver very lucky not to roll or get collected by the pack (not the sharpest of photos as taken from the top of Duffus Dip). Came back to the pits with the bonnet blocking the windscreen, and eventually completed the race :)

11. It's not just the BTCC cars that ride the kerbs:

John

Really like 2 followed by 12 nice work
many thanks :)

Nice set @JohnStewart

I like them all, not one I would pick out over any others.

I also noticed that you had one in the entries for the Neil Tozer Trophy for Knockhill.

I had one shortlisted also, will maybe post some of my BTCC Knockhill ones at some point over the weekend.

Thanks David - I forgot to enter last year but didn't realise one of my shots made the short list until now! Look forward to seeing your images if you post them up.

John

Great shots - liked all of them - Andrew Jordan one stands out for me

Really great set. Plenty of action. Fav is #2. Both angle of car and crowds in background make for fab pic

You captured the day's action superbly, if only every circuit had that chicane ! Another vote for #1 , #2 & #12.
