Budget Filter Systems

I know this has probably been asked a thousand times but what is the best budget system to go for? (if any) I've been really enjoying trying some landscape stuff and will probably be doing more over the winter, so just wondering what sort of thing to go for.

Also, I have a screw in CPL and a couple of screw n ND filters, can these be used in conjunction with the systems?

srb griturn own brand p series square filters got a good reveiw i both AP and digtial Camera mag so i decided to try them ot there pretty good. Filters are about £12.50 and the adaper about £8.
