Budget flash for Nikon D3200

Hello. I need to get a flash for a Nikon D3200. It needs to be able to take photos in a school hall (not particularly well lit) for shows, productions, award ceremonies etc. Being a school we have a very minimal budget so I need to purchase one at the lowest price possible. It needs to be new though, with a receipt. Could anyone offer any advice please? Many thanks.

I have a number of Yonguo flashes albeit for Canon but they are available for Nikon too. They're available at reasonable prices on Amazon & the dreaded eBay. You're looking around the £50 mark from what I've seen.
