NSFW Bullfight, Las Ventas in Madrid

Decided to go to Madrid to see a bullfight at Las Ventas, Spain's premier plaza de toros, during the feria San Isidro. Here are the shots I've processed so far:

I agree with Jim, it's a sad refection on the human race that we take pleasure in this, but as it's a photography forum not a animal welfare one I will say the images are well taken and leave it at that.

Sadly not. Though from July 6th I'll be watching the one from Pamplona daily online.

Having spent a lot of time watching those beasts over the years I wouldn't dare. They are very impressive. Pure muscle and very aggressive. When they come out of the corral they are looking to kill!

You see, to me that is the beauty of the Bull fight, the Matador doesn't have it all his own way. It's a spectacle and a show. It's why I don't agree with the comments that the photo's should just have bull or Matador in focus but rather have focus thorough the frame including the on lookers.
