Burning to disc

I have a load of pics i have put into a sort of order that i want to print from.The DSC.... numbers are all over the place and i think the last time i did this that they burnt to disc in number order and not the order i put them in.How do i burn them in the order i want without renaming them all in a number order( will take ages to do).Im have CS4 if that helps..

you could batch rename them

I don't think that the file system on the disc works in a 'linear' fashion like a vinyl record. I think that you will need to sort the files in the folder/disc by whatever method your file viewer software will allow - and you might need to rename them to get the order that you want.

Light room can do export with rename , this may help

Or you could burn them in date/file size/type order if that would help

you could batch rename them

I batch renamed them and they have all stayed in the same order and taken on a nummerical system so this should be fine for when i burn them.Cheers.
