Burnt out Hot Shoe?

Hello Gang

After exhaustive testing and checks it seems I might have "burnt out" the hot shoe on my old Canon D60 anyone recomend a North West based repair centre and what this is likely to cost me verses buying another low end Canon body?

Tried them £157.00 for a service that "Might" fix the problem trouble is I paid less than £100 for the body might as well upgrade body wise for that kind of money and use it as a spare on board flash only body

You could try Norfolk Camera Centre (I know it's not in the NW, but I posted to them with no problems at all), I've had very good dealings with them in the past and very reasonably priced.

H Lehmann are the company fixing my camera at the minute, very friendly staff i would reccommend them! i know that doesnt help your situation sorry
