Butterfly sleeping on a Bluebell

Hiya,

Went out looking for some Bluebells and found this little fella avoiding the strong winds; clinging on for his life.

As said it was pretty windy (and rainy) and dark so had to use the flash. Struggled to keep the shutter speed up and enough ambient light to hide the flash. With hindsight i could have upped the ISO some more, still getting used to the 50d; with the 400d i alsways kept the iso to an absolue minimum.

All comments an tips welcome.

Some really lovely shots you have there. I love the bluebells as well as the butterfly I believe your butterfly is a Male Green-veined White.
