Buttermere Pines

Could someone please explain the location of the Buttermere Pines, which part of the lake are they situated on, is parking easy or do you need to walk to them and also please where is the 'lonely tree' on Buttermere which has been photographed many times.

Lone tree, although it’s not really a lone tree it’s the way you frame your shot.

Parking can be a pain, but you can park either end of the lake in a pay and display, or if your lucky limited space on the side of the road.
