buying from china any updates

has anyone bought any lenses /cameras from china since Brexit .. are we being sacked with any extra charges etc or is stuff filtering through the same as before B/DAY
got my eye on a couple of things which I know will take time due to covid ,but I dont want a double whammy when it arrives ?

I usedTecobuy once and I got a great price on a Good flash. Reasonably quick with their delivery too... But they do seem to have a history of issues according to internet searches... I would perhaps suggest not committing too much money to a purchase from them.

Wow! with that litany of poor reviews....all in a very similar vein are a good example(to learn from?) that buying cheap really is buying twice!!!!

I've bought from HDEW and panamoz in the last couple of months. Panamoz was internationally shipped but no issues. HDEW was shipped from within the UK as far as I could see.

I personally wouldn't use Tecobuy - but I'd be happy with panamoz, hdew or digital rev if the price was right.
