Hi,

Just a quick one, any tips on calibrating my monitor. When I photoshop my images on my screen the colour looks great. However I just got the printed versions from Photobox and they are slightly pink :bang: Its not too noticable but I can see the difference.

Is it just a matter of compare and adjust or is there an easier way?

Thanks

I've received prints from Photobox with a green cast so it maybe their issue. If you drop them a mail explaining they should recheck/print your order.

I've recently swapped to Loxley after using photobox for ages and am bowled over by the quallity. Photobox although ok for snapshots wouldnt use them for anything else.

However, can you check the pictures on a different PC / Laptop which may help you identify if your monitor is out?

You need a calibrated monitor AND the right profiles for the printer do they supply ICC Profile for the paper and printer they use?
I got some done quick at a local printer and it had a magenta cast until I seen I had the wrong profile changed it to the one for there machine and it was spot on
