Looking for a camera bag that will fit a body and three lenses, but also a laptop up to 15 inch screen size and also a few clothes etc, but it needs to be small enough to be counted as hand luggage when flying, budget up to £250.
Any recommendations?

Have a look at a Tamrac Adventure or Evolution series of bags. They're extremely well made and have a good range to suit your needs. I'm on my 3rd Tamrac bag now, having outgrown the first one I bought. I've got a huge backpack and a huge shoulder bag now that'll carry everything.

Check out the F Stop Loka with medium ICU ....think it might fit the bill.

Bought this for my daughter when she went on holiday to the Shetland Islands and was used as her camera gear/overnight bag http://www.fotosense.co.uk/lowepro-classified-sling-220-aw.html
Loads of room in the cavernous main section for photo kit plus clobber too, laptop pocket, fold away tripod holder/weather cover plus airline compatible too

Selling it on now in the classifieds in case it fits your requirements

Another vote for the FStop series of bags, the Tilopa BC is the biggest still within airline cabin luggage sizes, but you can choose bag size and camera section size to suit your individual requirements.

FWIW I took body and 3 lenses and all of my other gear for 2 weeks around Costa Rica in a Satori EXP, which I was also able to take as cabin luggage despite being slightly over.
