Not bought a bag from them but have had loads of RRS tripod heads, plates etc. Never had any issues at all, good communication and quick UPS delivery.

Bought an RRS tripod head and clamp, and as GC says, good communication and fast delivery. No problems.

For F stop Alpine trek are my go to place. They give free delivery over £50 which can save a bit over some European sellers (alpine trek are also a European seller but quick delivery in 3-4 days)

I got my Lotus and icu from them. Quick enough for delivery although the cloth bag it came in looked like it'd been dragged behind a car.
