I can recommend a few by lowepro:

slingshot 100
- great little bag to hold DSLR and a couple of small lenses in lower section and a sarnie or two in the top. Bag "swings" round on one strap and you raise the DSLR out of a side pocket. Bag stays in place to use as a mini platform for lens caps and for resting things while you change lenses

Fastpack 200 or 250
- larger bag for carrying DSLR and four lenses plus a sarnie and change of clothes in the top. Also has a slide-in section for a laptop. Very good as a weekend/overnight bag or for travelling.

Both can be had pretty cheap on amazon, but it's worth having a search for each on google and youtube - lots of people do video reviews and gives you a chance to see them in the flesh and the amount they can hold:

slingshot

fastpack

For your position I'd recommend the fastpack; don't buy a bag that will hold your kit, buy a bag that will hold a little more - you may nto intend to buy anymore lenses, but in 6 months time you will have!

Brilliant do you know of any generally low price stores ?

Amazon is definitely you're friend, but certainly online only - high street stores will charge ALOT more.

Slingshot, £33:
amazon

Fastpack, £56:
Google shopping

If you're not sure either of these are right, have a play on the lowepro website. Their "bag finder" section (here)is brilliant to help you have an idea of suitable models. Then check youtube to watch each of those models in action.

You may also want to put a "Wanted" post up on the sale section on here. Typically amateurs (such as us!) buy a bag, quickly grow out of it but keep it for occasional trips where it'll be useful. At the right price people are willing to sell, or may just have forgotten they own it!

Hope that helps, let us know what you decide to get and where from.

Cheers tricks,

Amazon popped up first and so may well use them although always have a look for a few. Just wanna have a look at some of the vids too (Great suggestion). Can't wait to get my new lens :).

Any other suggestions greatly received :)

I love my tamrac bags. I have a velocity 9, top loading backpack style for when i go trekking and just put in one body and a 2/3 lenses and a pro 12 which i use to keep all my stuff in. They are both really hard wearing, adjustable and as good as the day I bought them.

So many great reviews on the fastpack 250, I went for that through amazon. Cheers for your help guys, just need my new lens which should be here Tomoz and I'm laughing :)

Good stuff, I hope it serves you well. Lots of good bags out there but think that one is good value and should meet your requirements. The laptop pocket is great for magazines too btw!
