Camera Buying Advice

Hello nice people.

I want to buy a camera and I'd love to get your advice as to which camera to buy.

I want a non-professional non-expensive camera that has at least 10x zoom, that works with external rechangable batteries (AA, AAA). I want it to have very good video recording capabilities, hopefully, with an external microphone plug.

Probably in shops in Israel. Possibly (depending on deals) in Duty Free shop in or out of the country.
