Had a quick look and couldn't find anything, I need to get my stuff insured really and was wondering who you guys use. At the moment I'm no professional but would be looking at needing PLI as well. is it worth doing it all together or getting separate PLI to gear insurance?

Sorry if this is in the wrong place thought it would be the best here.

thanks

House insurance, Morethan, superb, £2k claim, sorted within two weeks, AND my old £250 EOS10D was replaced with a 60D and that was just the start. I lost £2k and got £4k of equipment new for old.

Use your home insurance making sure you specify any individual items above £1500

I sorted mine out last night with photoguard. Just over £200 for about 8 grands worth of kit, with in transit cover as well. You can choose PLI for about £12 on top for £1m worth of cover and can drop your premium with a voluntary excess fee too. Very reasonable as to up my home insurance to cover me would of been over £300.

Mine's covered on my home insurance. M&S. Unlimited cover. Only need to declare items over £4000. Much, much cheaper than a unique policy. The same goes for bikes.
