Just wondering if you a) add any photographic equipment to your home contents policy or b) take out separate cover or c) something else.
If b) are there any specialist insurers out there?

Home contents for me.

I guess it depends on the value of the kit, i.e will the home contents cover enough value. I also suspect that if you are a Pro then the home option is not viable as it is for business.

There are some specialist insurers - do a forum search and you should come up with a few threads as it is quite a common debate
