I need a camera for a fly fishing project. I don't really want to lug my 5D mk2 into rivers but need something with very good IQ and compact. I have looked at the G12 but recently was told the Panasonic GF 2 was better in terms of IQ. The ideal camera would also need an underwater housing which i know the Canon G12 does have available. Any ideas?
